More than just dance
A community where everyone belongs
Contigo means "with you" in Spanish, and that is exactly what we are about. Since 2022 we have built a warm dance community in central Oslo, and more than 600 dancers have taken courses with us.
The atmosphere is relaxed and warm, and people cheer each other on, whether it is your first class or your fiftieth.

Most of what we do is Cuban salsa, danced in pairs and in a rueda. You can also try Dominican bachata, or work on solo and styling, with no partner at all. Whether you are brand new or have danced for years.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a partner to join?
No. You do not need a partner. We rotate partners during class, and everyone is included.
Do I need any dance experience?
No. The beginner courses start from scratch, and you need no experience. Unsure about your level? Read our "New here?" guide.
How much does a course cost?
One course costs 1449 kr (1299 kr for students and seniors) for the full 7-week period. Take more than one course per week and the price per course drops. See the prices page for all prices.
Where are you located?
You will find us at Møllergata 9, 3rd floor, in central Oslo, five minutes from Stortinget metro station.
When does the next course start?
The next course series starts on 17.08.2026. We run 5 series per year, so a new start is never far away.
