Registration

When you sign up, you enter into an agreement with Flaskepost AS (org. no. 823 128 312), which runs Contigo Danseskole. Registration is binding and takes place via Letsreg. Your place is reserved once payment is completed. A course series runs for 7 weeks, and a course consists of 7 classes, one per week.

Payment

You pay by card or Vipps when you sign up. Payment is handled by Letsreg, and all prices are in Norwegian kroner. The student and senior price requires valid documentation, which we may ask to see.

Cancellation and refunds

• If you cancel before the course series starts, we refund the course fee minus the transaction fee charged by the payment provider. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 working days.
• Once the course series has started, the fee is as a rule not refunded.
• In the case of prolonged illness, get in touch. We will find a solution together.

Right of withdrawal

Our courses have a fixed start date and time period and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven, section 22 letter m). The cancellation terms above apply instead.

Missed classes

Classes you miss are not refunded. By agreement, you can take the class on another day if there is space.

Switching and transferring

If you want to switch course or level, or transfer your place to someone else, get in touch. Switching and transferring must be approved by us.

Cancellation and rescheduling on our part

If we have to move a class, for example due to illness, you will be notified by email and the class will be held at another time. You always get the 7 classes the course consists of.

If we have to cancel a whole course because of too few registrations or other circumstances, you will be offered a place on another course or a full refund.

Changes to the schedule

We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, instructors and venue. Significant changes will be announced by email to registered participants.

Liability

You take part at your own risk. We are not responsible for valuables you bring into the studio.
